Payment in full due for exhibit space. No refunds are given after August 31, 2023, for any reason whatsoever, even if Industry Day is sold out.
Media/Buyer invite lists due. Information is sent in August to registered exhibitors of Industry Day regarding the media/buyer invitation process. Industry Day is responsible for the invitation and registration process, but the exhibitors choose who to invite.

Shipments may begin to be received by Derse Exhibits
Company Description Form, Exhibitor Ads and Staff Badge Request Form Due
Shipments must be received by Derse Exhibits.
Late shipping fees begin.
Rush transportation fees begin. Any items received by Derse will not have a guarantee of delivery to the range and will incure late shipping fees and rush transportaiton fees.
